When you join the waitlist for the EU HOOD, we store the details you enter: your e-mail address, your size and your country. We use this data exclusively to notify you when the EU HOOD becomes available and to reserve your size.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time — for example by writing to us. The lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal remains unaffected.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or newsletters beyond the availability notification, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

This website is hosted within the European Union. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical data that is technically required to deliver the page, such as your IP address, time of access and browser type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

This website currently does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking.

Waitlist entries are stored until the availability notification has been sent and the purpose of the storage has been fulfilled, or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first. After that, your entry is deleted.
