Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern purchases of ARTICLE TWO™ products. They apply as soon as a product can actually be ordered on this website. For the current waitlist, no purchase contract is formed and no payment is collected.

A purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. Displaying a product on this website does not constitute a binding offer.

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping within the EU is complimentary; shipping worldwide is €30. The payment methods available at checkout are displayed there — typically credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna. The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.

Goods are dispatched from Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, within 2 working days after payment. Delivery to EU addresses typically takes 2–3 further working days. Delivery deadlines are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Details and the full withdrawal policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page.

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in accordance with statutory product liability rules. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply.

The law of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
